How Can We Live A Greener Lifestyle?

Published

on

Everyone seems to be talking about how to make the world greener for our children. As celebrities fly around the world on private jets to spread their messages of environmentalism, you might be wondering how you can make the same sacrifices as them.

Well, look no further!

We have outlined some of the easiest ways you can live a greener lifestyle. As an actual US sitting congresswoman says: “We’re, like, the world is going to end in 12 years if we don’t address climate change”.

Here’s how to extend that 12-year deadline by a few more decades.

Save Your Glass Jars

If you buy a jar of pickles, don’t throw it away after its initial use. Be sure to keep hold of it and use it for another use. You can use it to store loose change, pens, flowers, or even straws. Better yet: why not pour some wax into it and recycle it as a candle holder?

Reduce Single-Use Plastics

If you’ve recently been incredibly disappointed by a disgusting paper piece of trash in your plastic cup, then you’ve probably been served by a Woke restaurant owner. By replacing plastic straws with paper ones, you can help improve the planet and add a few more years to the Earth’s life. Overall, plastic straws contribute to less than 4% of total waste.

Walk To Work

There are a few reasons to walk to work. Aside from adding a healthy amount of exercise to your routine, you might also be saving the planet. By adjusting your method, you might be adding hours to your commute but you won’t be sitting on the subway that is literally causing the oceans to rise.

By doing even some of the smallest actions, you’ll be able to counteract some of the behavior caused by some of the selfish hardworking everyday workers who save money all year for one overseas holiday each year. Their annual flight might be ruining the planet, but your paper straws can save it.

Good luck!
